This will include fundamentals required to manage Programs, which include several related projects. We will review project management fundamental, portfolio management, program management office (PMO), standards, management reporting and change management.
Product Management
This will include fundamentals relating to new product development, business justification, planning, verification, forecasting, pricing, product launch, and marketing of a product or products at all stages of the product. lifecycle. This will assist you in the role of Product Manager.
Business Analysis
This will include fundamentals required to analyze an organization or business domain, and document the business, processes or systems with a goal to improve them through analysis. This will assist you in transitioning to a Business Analyst role.
Mergers & Acquisitions
This will include fundamentals of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including what’s M&A, why do M&A, types of M&A, key players, Key steps in buy and sell side M&A, Due Diligence, Negotiation, Deal Closing and Integration or Divestiture.
Transformation
This will include fundamentals of Transformation to create an agile and responsive enterprise. Key Transformations include Customer & Employee Experience, Operations and Business Model. This will assist you in transitioning to a professional that drives Transformations.
